职位描述:
开关工程师 Switch engineer

Location of Work：杭州 Hangzhou
工作职责：
-依据IEC/UL61058和博世企业标准执行交流和直流开关的测试
-建立新的开关测试系统、新工装夹具、维护并校准现存设备
-依据项目组的要求写开关的设计任务书、测试计划；并协作开关供应商完成新开关的设计
-为不同的部门提供技术支持；比如协助质量部门提高产品质量、协助采购部门降低成本
-分析失效的开关，并向项目组提供失效分析报告
-就开关的测试流程、设备和其它相关技术和博世全球其它地域工程是沟通合作
任职要求：
-机械设计类专业大学本科学历（材料专业也符合）
-有通信系统相关工作经验的优先
-掌握Pro-E, CAD的优先
-有计算机基础，良好的MS-office使用技巧
-良好的英语读写能力
Responsibilities:
-Perform AC and DC switch test according to IEC/UL61058 and Bosch standard
-Set up new switch test equipment, new test fixture, Maintain and calibrate existing switch test equipment
-Write switch booklet, test plan according to project requirement and Cooperate with switch supplier to design new switch
-Provide switch technical support to different team, such as quality increase and cost down
-Analyze failure switch and make FA report to project team
-Communicate with the engineer in other location about switch test, equipment and technique
Requirements:
-Bachelor degree, with major in mechanical design
-Communication system experience is preferred
-Pro-E, CAD preferred
-Basic command computer, good skill in MS-office
-Be good at English skills in speaking and writing
