Key Objectives/Principal Accountabilities (kindly limit to a maximum of eight)
Identify and deliver opportunities for business growth and improvement, prioritize these
opportunities and implementation, maintain existing business;
Prompt respond to customers concerns in order to develop an understanding of the business
needs and developments;
Manage all sales transactions, stocks and receivables with area of responsibility;
Develop synergies with Technical Development Manager and Logistics Manager to ensure
customer satisfaction;
Demonstrated ability to analyze, draw conclusions, and create solutions to complex issues.
Ensure timely reporting: monthly report, visit report and other reports
Requirements for Job (education or experience required to be able to perform this job):
Bachelor degree and above with major in Polymer or Chemical or Fine Chemical;
At least 3 years working experiences in related area in Chemical company;
Background in High Polymer Chemistry industry is plus;
Demonstrated ability to work independently or as part of a team to achieve desired outcomes;
Fluent in English to be able to work in a multicultural environment;
Good communication and negotiation skills, good presentation skills;
Good Microsoft (work / excel / ppt) skills
Other Special Comments:
Business travel 60% of the work time is a must
Private car licensor holder would be an advantage
